Bus and Ejiro are visionary leaders, accomplished business executives, and ministry leaders with a shared passion for empowering people and organizations to thrive. Beyond their corporate achievements, both serve faithfully in ministry, equipping other leaders to grow in faith and purpose. They are also authors, with their most recent work Knowing God in the Quiet inspiring readers to deepen their walk with God.

Bus is a seasoned Strategist, Transformational Coach, Author and Ministry Leader whose unique blend of business consulting, leadership coaching, and ministry service has equipped both organizations and faith communities to thrive.
With years of experience driving enterprise transformation across government, financial services, and healthcare, Bus has guided industry leaders such as Vanguard, Nationwide, and Lincoln Financial Group toward greater agility, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. His background spans program management, organizational strategy, and executive coaching, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster meaningful partnerships.
Alongside his professional career, Bus is the author of Start Early, Finishing Strong, a book that inspires readers to embrace intentional living, resilience, and purpose in order to finish well in every season of life. Bus has faithfully served as a ministry leader in multiple churches, where he has taught, mentored, and equipped believers to grow in spiritual maturity and leadership.
Bus holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs, is pursuing a Master of Business Administration, and is certified as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Management Professional. Whether coaching executives, consulting organizations, or shepherding in ministry, Bus is committed to empowering people and institutions to flourish through clarity, adaptability, and purpose.

Ejiro Obayomi
Co-Founder and Principal, New Zeal International
Ejiro is a seasoned Business Executive, Program Management Professional, and Management Consultant with a strong track record of driving large-scale enterprise solutions to success.
With more than a decade of experience across the healthcare and IT sectors, she has led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and generate measurable business value. Her expertise in program management and strategic consulting has enabled organizations to achieve operational excellence while reducing costs and accelerating growth.
Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Ejiro has dedicated herself to leadership development and career coaching, helping individuals discover and pursue opportunities that align with their skills, passions, and long-term aspirations.
In addition to her business career, Ejiro is the author of Knowing God in the Quiet, a book that guides readers toward deeper intimacy with God through reflection and prayer. She has also served faithfully as a Ministry Leader and Worship Leader across multiple churches, equipping others to grow in faith and leading congregations in powerful worship experiences.
