Our story

Why the Foundation exists

The Building Bridges Leadership Foundation is the non-profit expression of New Zeal International. Where our consulting firm equips leaders inside organizations, the Foundation turns outward — into neighborhoods, churches, and civic spaces that communities depend on.

We believe transformation happens when faith leaders, civic leaders, and business leaders refuse to stay in their lanes. Our work is the bridge: convening, equipping, and mobilizing leaders to protect the vulnerable and raise champions.
